Among the other benefits of the club, you’ll receive two semi-annual maintenance visits in the spring and fall to ensure that your heating and cooling systems are in their best shape. 

How much does the Maintenance Club Cost?

Our maintenance club is only $19.99 per month for the first system, or $240 per year. Each additional system is just $14.99 per month, or $180 per year. You can choose to make your payments monthly, semi-annually, or annually.

As a maintenance club member, you’ll receive semi-annual visits to check your system and ensure that it is optimized for energy efficiency. Non-members pay $149 per visit, or $298 per year, making the maintenance club the most cost-effective choice for keeping your systems running efficiently. You’ll also receive:

  • $69 diagnostic fees
  • Loyalty rewards toward a full system replacement ($50/year)
  • Guaranteed service within 24 hours (during normal business hours)
